We believe a church should imitate Jesus' heart to serve the poor and needy. We also believe having a relationship with God should make a real difference in our marriages, parenting, dating lives, finances, and daily life.

Agape Shop – provides a FREE garage sale to community residents in months with a fifth Saturday.

Celebration –- a woman-to-woman ministry of sharing, encouraging, discipling and mentoring in the faith. Meets regularly and conducts a yearly community project. Contact Linda Seay at 281.382.8310.

Children’s Ministry – provides community outreach and member activities for children and their families in structured, fun environments throughout the year (Easter Egg Hunt, Jesus' Birthday Party, Pumpkin Patch, summer fun activities). Fort Bend Family Health Center and Fort Bend County Women’s Shelter – monthly donations assist these organizations in their budgets. Volunteers are needed at both organizations. Contact Larry Richardson at 281.937.9682.

FUMC Rosenberg Food Pantry – provides ready to eat food stuffs to those in need. Donations are required on a regular basis.Contact Debra Radowick at 281.342.3333.

Helping Hands – a food and clothing church coalition pantry for Fort Bend County residents. Volunteers, monies and donations are needed. Contact Larry Richardson at 281.937.9682.

Lunches of Love - Provides nutritious sack lunches for students at Bowie and Jackson Elementary Schools, Monday-Friday, during Christmas, spring break and summer vacation. Many of these children would go without lunch during school vacations. Volunteers of all ages are needed to make sandwiches, pack lunches and distribute at two distribution sites. United Methodist Men – meets monthly for fellowship and programs. Conducts fund raisers to provide summer camp scholarships for children and youth and donations to various local, national and world-wide charities. Contact Joe Balzen at 281.302.8383

MOMS – mothers of preschoolers meet weekly for education, games and fellowship – nursery provided. Conducts a yearly community project. Contact Meg Gonzales at 832.752.5635.

Vacation Bible School – a week of stories, snacks, music and games for ages 3-9 years. Volunteers are needed to help with all activities, nursery provided. Contact Elizabeth Fairfield at 281.610.0035.

We Care – delivers altar flower arrangements to shut-ins, hospitals and nursing homes and assists the pastor with supplying communion and visitation to this same population. Contact Carolyn Culpepper at 281.232.5465.
